At our Warsaw WYRAJ, we are inspired by ancient and recent Slavic culture, history, and tradition, and draw from the best of Polish nature, just as our ancestors once did. Today, we are rediscovering our native, forgotten heritage. The cuisine is an attempt to revive old recipes, based on their uniqueness.
