Syrian Steak Tartare Aromatic ground beef combined with bulgur, crunchy walnuts, and a blend of oriental Arabic spices. Drizzled with olive oil and garnished with fresh parsley.

Main course:

Kofta Palmyra Delicate eggplant slices rolled into rolls and stuffed with aromatic kofta made with ground beef, onion, garlic, red and green peppers, and fresh parsley. Baked in a rich tomato sauce. Served with your choice of bulgur or rice.

Dessert:

Namura A traditional oriental cake made with semolina and coconut, baked with almonds and pistachios. The whole thing is generously drizzled with aromatic rose sugar syrup.
