BAKERY ELEKTROWNIA POWIŚLE is an artisanal bakery and bistro with Italian flair. The menu includes Panettone (Milan), Bomboloni (Tuscany), Pizza (Rome), Cornetto (Veneto), and Ciabatta (Veneto). All baked goods are made with natural sourdough, including Panettone, using lievito madre (which takes several months to prepare). The products are prepared on-site using selected, top-quality ingredients: flour, butter, toppings, and seasonal vegetables and fruit.
