Tuna and charred Williams pear tataki. Cream of roasted Jerusalem artichoke, roe, roasted sunflower seeds, green and red oils.

Main course:

Pumpkin Miso Ramen with coconut milk and rayu oil. Roasted pumpkin, pulled pork, egg, spring onion, and crispy lotus root.

Dessert:

Mochi in a Japanese form with our own character. Our signature vegan ice cream with Japanese quince flavor, mochi, crunchy crumble, and seasonal jelly in two flavors.

Appetizer:

Vegan Rainbow Maki Roll. Avocado and golden onion are topped with a slow-cooked, spicy mango sauce. Inside, tempura-battered gourd, cucumber, and radish.

Main course:

Pumpkin Bowl. Roasted pumpkin, edamame, arugula, tempura oyster mushrooms, and a signature roasted garlic sauce.
