Every day, we combine delicious Italian-style flavors with art, primarily Polish, which we love to surround ourselves with. The heart of Lusi is the Marana – an Italian wood-fired pizza oven. We bake pizzas in the canotto style – meaning "ponto" in Italian – a typical Neapolitan pizza with fluffy, high edges. A must-have addition to our pizzas is olive oil, which we season ourselves. 100% Italian ingredients in every bite.
