The avant-garde of flavor in the heart of Gdańsk. CONTENT Restaurant opened on June 2nd of this year in a modern space at 35/42 Angielska Grobla Street in Gdańsk. Content is the "child of passion" of several people associated with the Tri-City culinary scene for years. The restaurant was created in the spirit of a neo-bistro, in line with global culinary and lifestyle trends. In one place, avant-garde yet very pleasant decor, excellent cuisine, and a very well-stocked bar with a large selection of wine labels and surprising combinations of signature cocktails meet. The kitchen of CONTENT Restaurant is the responsibility of Szymon Matuszewski, the restaurant's owner and a graduate of the Parisian culinary school Le Cordon Bleu. CONTENT's cuisine combines classic dishes drawn from the rich cultural and gastronomic traditions of Poland, France, and the centuries-old traditions of Gdańsk, as well as dishes inspired by the latest trends in global gastronomy. We use only the highest quality ingredients, which we prepare in our own unique way, utilizing old, even homemade, recipes, as well as modern cooking techniques. Anna Ciesiun, an experienced and award-winning bartender, is responsible for delighting our guests' palates. She creates unique cocktail combinations and oversees the restaurant's sophisticated selection of wines, spirits, and beverages.
