Aloha by Las Palmas

Aloha! Our menu draws from the multicultural cuisine of Hawaii, combining the freshness of the ocean, tropical aromas, and Asian culinary techniques. We focus on the ingredients that define the taste of Aloha: juicy pulled chicken in a huli huli marinade, salmon and tuna in a refreshing lomi lomi, and fluffy manapua, inspired by Hawaiian street food classics. We focus on natural ingredients, bold marinades, fresh herbs, and tropical fruits, which give the dishes a light and vibrant flavor. The menu also features Japanese accents, such as delicate tataki, highlighting the Asian character of the islands. This cuisine is full of color, freshness, and contrast—just like Hawaii.
