Al Fuego

Al Fuego is a restaurant in the Żoliborz district of Defabryka. Besides excellent cuisine, where the flavors of vibrant South America, elegant Spain, and the revival of Polish cuisine meet, it also boasts a wonderful atmosphere and unique decor. The chef is Marcin Lesiak, who has been at the helm of one of the best restaurants in the Mazovia region for the past seven years. He won the title of Restaurant of the Year – voted by Gazeta Wyborcza readers in 2016. Furthermore, his work and that of his team have been recognized annually with a recommendation in the Gault&Millau culinary guide. Our menu includes steaks, seafood, paellas, pastas, and a special weekend menu. Our extensive wine list perfectly complements our menu.
