"Hidden Rivers" is not only an obvious reference to the mysterious history of our city, but also to the immediate location of our restaurant on the Jasień River... It is also a symbolic parallel to fusion cuisine, which is as fluid as a river, combining recipes from different cuisines, regions, and even eras. It is also a correlation to the cocktail bar, which is sometimes unconventional and unconventional, but always harkens back to its Polish roots and Łódź origins. The same applies to the fluid wine list – as fluid as the river currents and always offering a wide range of options by the glass based on the restaurant's current menu.
