Nouvelle cuisine in France in the 1960s created a new approach to cooking and food presentation. Drawing inspiration from French cuisine and this culinary movement, Garnish Food&Wine invites you to discover natural flavors, textures, colors, and bold combinations of ingredients and dishes paired with regional produce.
Delight not only in the taste but also in the sight of our new signature dishes, created by our chef, Michał Kopsztajn. Nowhere else will you enjoy so many exceptional dishes. In addition to roasted chestnuts and fondue, you'll be delighted by crepes flambéed over a live flame, served right at your table. A unique cheeseboard, which you can create from a dozen or so premium cheeses (including raclette, chèvre & brebis, Roquefort Papillon Black Label, bleu d'Auvergne, Gruyère Entremont, roucoulons, Emmental Hermitage, Fourme d'Ambert, and bleu gourmage). Crème Brulèe caramelized in front of you. Each culinary journey begins with our signature Amuse Bouche—what we call Bonjour Garish—a puff pastry with Chavroux goat cheese, and ends with the magical Au Revoir Garnish—a chocolate-covered Suska Sechlońska with a nut crust.
