Muzealna Restaurant is the younger sister of the award-winning Alewino. We invite you to the main building of the National Museum in Warsaw. We offer guests a world-class culinary offering in an interior filled with Polish design and art. Muzealna's menu, developed by chef Przemysław Suska, is based on local, seasonal produce. It features original, bold interpretations of well-known and beloved Polish dishes and an unconventional approach to seasonal produce. Our wine list, prepared by sommelier Damian Zakrzewski, is based largely on Polish and Central and Eastern European bottles. Most labels come from low-intervention producers who care about the environment and the naturalness of their wines. The interior is filled with Polish design, combining nostalgia for the era of the National Museum in Warsaw's construction with modern design by a young generation of Polish designers.
