We are a group of friends united by a love for the finest flavors of Grandma's cooking. In 2020, we decided to restore the humble Silesian dumpling to its former glory with a delivery service, and this year we opened a restaurant! The chef offers a modern interpretation of classics such as blood sausage, pork knuckle, and Silesian fish soup. A true Silesian beef roulade with Silesian dumplings and red cabbage is a dish that Krakow has been sorely missing.
