Polish beef tartare with egg yolk, pickled cucumber, roasted pearl onion, French mustard, potato chips, sprouts and roasted garlic sauce

Main course:

Duck fillet served with roasted potato purée, red onion jam, roasted red cabbage, leek brushwood, red currant and forest fruit sauce with red wine

Dessert:

A crispy cone with apple pie filling, seasonal fruit, cocoa and strawberry sauce, all served with lime sorbet

Main course:

Roasted celery and parsley marinated in nuts and honey, served with green pea purée with mint and lime, pomegranate, pumpkin seeds, vegetable chips and spinach olive oil

Dessert:

A crispy cone with orange mousse, seasonal fruit, peanut crunch and strawberry sauce, all served with lime sorbet
