AïOLI inspired by Gdańsk has dropped anchor! A new dining concept has docked in Gdańsk's Wrzeszcz district. Not a restaurant, but an urban canteen, it offers not only an adventure with Mediterranean flavors in a gourmet fast food version, but also takes guests on a cruise through the waters of art – both art with a capital A and art from the street, all kinds of sports, contributing to children's education and the activation of seniors. AïOLI is a modern urban canteen bustling with activity from breakfast time until the last guests leave. The open-plan kitchen prepares signature AïOLI dishes: breakfasts, snacks, salads, sandwiches, pastas, burgers, and pizzas. The chefs regularly surprise with seasonal, spontaneous cuisine. A DJ plays every evening, making the place as vibrant as the most popular canteens in European cities. It's a place where southern cuisine meets lifestyle. We're not slowing down, we're meeting the expectations of our #aïolifriends, and we dedicate the strategies we base our actions on to them. That's who we are: authentic. The project was created by co-creators of Warsaw brands such as AïOLI Cantine Bar Café Deli Plac Konstytucji 5 and ul. Świętokrzyska 18, MOMU, and Banjaluka. Concepts implemented by the Instynkt Creative Group are some of the most dynamic venues. The number of guests visiting the Agency's locations reaches up to 1,200 daily and is still growing.
