Sai Krok Isan & Som Tum Thai A traditional pork sausage from northeast Thailand, with a unique, distinctive profile thanks to the addition of garlic and soy noodles. Served with Thai Som Tum salad, this version featuring crispy kohlrabi, cherry tomatoes, and roasted peanuts.

Main course:

Kor Moo Yang Jim Jaew & Sticky Rice Tender pork neck marinated in a classic blend of light soy and oyster sauce. Its flavor is perfectly enhanced by the deep, spicy-sour Jim Jaew sauce made with tamarind, chili, and toasted rice. Served with Thai sticky rice.

Dessert:

Ice Cream Teddy with Strawberry Sauce A cold scoop of vanilla ice cream encased in a warm, crispy panko breadcrumb coating. Topped with our signature, rich strawberry sauce slowly reduced with red wine.

Poh Pia Salad Pak A light composition of fresh vegetables, crisp iceberg lettuce, white and red cabbage, cucumber, and carrots with aromatic cilantro, wrapped in a delicate roll. The flavor is perfectly complemented by creamy mayonnaise, spicy-sour Tom Yum paste, and sweet-and-spicy sauce.

Main course:

Pad Nam Prik Pao Tofu & Rice Fried tofu in an intense, sweet and spicy sauce made with Nam Prik Pao paste and coconut milk. Along with bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and Thai basil. Served with Thai rice.
