The WineStone restaurant is based on two elements: first, a collection of wines, selected based on the knowledge and experience of sommeliers, and second, dishes served on "les planches" – stone boards straight from the most fashionable French restaurants. The main idea is to create so-called food pairing, or the unconventional pairing of seemingly incompatible ingredients with wine.
