Restauracja Prowincja (Przysucha)

Prowincja is located in the historic Zbożenna Manor. Here, you can relax in peace and quiet; time spent here will be a respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The restaurant is located in four intimate rooms in the manor's cellars. The historic cellar vaults lend a cozy, warm atmosphere, and the view of the park and ponds creates an idyllic atmosphere. Chef Karol Zawisza, based on experience gained in Italy and Krakow restaurants, focuses on surprising flavor combinations in his dishes. He tries to change the menu frequently to utilize local, seasonal produce. You'll find Polish dishes, hearty burgers, and delicate, handmade pastas. On select weekends, the chef invites you to sample seafood.
