Of everything we leave behind in life, especially the happy moments worth revisiting, taste remains. Childhood treats, family tables laden with home-cooked delicacies, wild feasts with friends, romantic candlelit dinners, celebratory banquets crowning our successes – each of these moments had its own unique flavor that made our lives better, more interesting, and more fulfilling. Some flavors evoke personal sentiments, others connect us with the world we live in, linking us to tradition and history. We share them with family and friends, making us think back to people and places. We want the moments spent at our restaurant to evoke the fondest memories. But we also hope to enrich past flavors so that the time spent with us, even though it has passed, leaves its mark. So that what you feel today will always return with the best flavor in tomorrow's memories. This is the goal of our kitchen, bar, and everything that makes up the atmosphere of our restaurant. We harken back to the 1920s and 1930s, because although it was a short era, it was incredibly vibrant. It has survived in our memories like a table, where we find everything that previous centuries have given us. We strive to furnish it with taste and modernity. Respecting the past and the culinary heritage of past generations, we strive to create bold cuisine, drawing inspiration from the present.
