CRUDO means "raw" in Spanish. The name is reflected in the restaurant's interior – informal with a distinctive flair. Concrete walls, the presence of wood, and metal create a unique atmosphere at Crudo, located in the heart of Monte Cassino. This austerity is also understood as the simplicity of the dishes. By combining experience with passion, we create cuisine of the highest caliber. Inspired by the chef's philosophy – from nose to tail – our team offers guests an unconventional menu, tempting them with simple dishes that delight in the purity of flavor.
