The Concept 13 restaurant is located on the fifth floor of the VITKAC DH. Decorated with taste and attention to every detail, a modern, glass interior with a beautiful panorama of the capital, international cuisine, tappanyaki and a selection of grilled steaks prepared directly in the open part of the kitchen will delight the most demanding customers. The uniqueness of our cuisine is based on experience and innovation in creating dishes, as well as on the commitment resulting from the culinary passions of our chefs. NOTE! The head chef, Rabie Aded Alsalam, studied at the University of Damascus, worked in Beirut, Cyprus, London, and finally - in Warsaw. Nature is very important in his life. He tries to spend every free moment in its bosom. He draws inspiration from experiences from the life path he has taken. From where he comes from and where life has led him with great focus on taste. His fondest memories are of the food he experienced in his hometown, but he has great respect for the Polish cuisine that has become his new home. “Cooking brings me happiness and I do it to the best of my ability. After 5 years of working with Darek Barański, I can’t imagine a better teacher than him. I also respect Gordon Ramsay for his cooking style, the empire he has built and his personal and professional success.” His favorite cuisine is Asian.
