Gruby Josek is a place created out of love for the mermaid city and its traditions. Inspired by books on Warsaw cuisine, often over a hundred years old, we interpret old recipes to transport you, if only for a moment, to the world of pre-war Warsaw gastronomy. Our dishes and interiors are filled with memories and nostalgia, but also with the exceptional character and quality that are the foundation of our work!
