Tastefully decorated with attention to every detail, the modern, glass-walled interior boasts a beautiful panorama of the capital. Nature is a key element in his life. He tries to spend every free moment in its lap. He draws inspiration from his life experiences, from where he comes from and where life has taken him, with a keen focus on flavor. His fondest memories are of the dishes he experienced in his hometown, but he has a great respect for the Polish cuisine that has become his new home. "Cooking brings me happiness, and I do it to the best of my ability. After five years of working with Darek Barański, I can't imagine a better teacher than him. I also respect Gordon Ramsay for his cooking, the empire he built, and his personal and professional success." His favorite cuisine is Asian.
