Piwnica Kulinarna (Mikołajki)

The King of Sielaw's Culinary Cellar combines the flavors of traditional recipes from Masurian recipe books with modern regional cuisine. Increasingly, our dishes draw on childhood memories or stories heard from our parents or grandparents about the foods of yesteryear. Seeking to create a completely new perspective on the culinary map of Masuria, we decided to draw from what we already know and combine it with something unexpected. And so, we present the Culinary Cellar! Here, you'll sample dishes long forgotten—like flatbread; here, you'll discover the taste of authentic goat and lamb meat raised exclusively on natural feed; and here, you'll sample fish caught in our Masurian lakes.
