Served with creamy labaneh, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, and two warm, freshly baked pita breads. Finished with a touch of sweetness in the form of top-quality dates straight from Palestine.

A small eggplant stuffed with walnuts, garlic, and a touch of spicy shatta. Served with fresh cucumber and tomato. Served separately: creamy tahini, sweet date syrup, olive oil, and za'atar. The dish is complemented by two warm, freshly baked pita breads. A traditional, home-cooked breakfast from Palestine.
