Familia Słodki Słony is us—two families who have been running a patisserie and bistro together for 25 years. The bistro's menu is primarily traditional Polish cuisine, yet full of vegetarian and vegan options, with Spanish and Middle Eastern accents that resonate with the entire family. The Queen of Polish gastronomy, our irreplaceable Magda Gessler, curated the culinary classics and crumble confetti. The vegan and vegetarian menu is the work of Magda's son, Tadeusz Muller, an experienced chef and creator of some of the largest restaurant concepts in Poland.
