Nowy Spichlerz (Tomaszowice)

Nowy Spichlerz Restaurant is a modern restaurant concept with a historical backdrop. We have been operating since 2019 in the historic Old Sichlerz building. The floor of Nowy Spichlerz is made entirely of Wawel Castle tiles! During the renovation of the Royal Castle years ago, this old, extremely durable material was preserved and then used as tiles in the Granary. We have revitalized this space out of a need to fulfill culinary passions and a fresh perspective on history and tradition. We create modern dishes, events, exquisite drinks, and the way we prefer to relax. We create a space where tradition blends with modern variations, a variety of events, a jewel of good taste, art, and live music – all in the unique setting of Nowy Spichlerz.
