NOBO Restaurant is the perfect place for a business breakfast, family lunch, or dinner for two! This space evokes a bustling, relaxed, and casual atmosphere, complemented by views of the bustling city. Inspired by Italian cafes and American restaurants, we have created an interior that minimizes intimacy and prioritizes bonding. The spacious interior, full of color and understated details, combine to create a cohesive whole. A combination of retro style and modern, austere finishes create a loft-like atmosphere. At NOBO, we strive to combine traditional flavors with modern culinary art. We use high-quality regional ingredients to create our iconic dishes. To give guests a glimpse of who's cooking for them, we have created a semi-open kitchen and an open section for our Pizzaiolos. Thanks to these features, the kitchen doesn't seem so remote, and you can watch the chefs at work. We are also a must-visit for all lovers of authentic Italian pizza. We strive to make our Neapolitane pizza in accordance with the guidelines of the Association of Authentic Neapolitan Pizza, which is characterized by a very thin crust and fluffy edges. The charm of our pizza comes from the philosophy that it shouldn't be cut, but eaten from the center, dipping the remaining edges in the remaining sauce and olive oil. The baking process is also unusual, as it takes place at a temperature of 485°C (885°F) and lasts 60 to 90 seconds.
