Bistro Durum

Durum is a newly opened bistro in Rynek Podgórski, where we adhere to simple principles: delicious, honest, and relaxed. The food is a blend of two cuisines – Polish and Italian. We don't stick to rigid rules, because we like to change things up for you and surprise you with unique combinations. We draw from the traditions of our grandmothers, but also from modern culinary trends. The menu features handmade pierogi and homemade pasta. We use only the best, so we prepare a lunch menu and seasonal side dishes using seasonal vegetables. Sit comfortably in our armchairs and feel like you're at home with your neighbors!
